Packages without proper return authorization will not qualify for refunds Returned packages must contain a copy of your invoice and return postage is paid by customer. Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date listed on your invoice. All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned courses must be in re-saleable original condition. Damaged or incomplete books may not qualify for refunds. Refunds for CDA or other discounted sets are only given for the complete unused sets. Send returns via the US Postal Service to our PO Box.
