Care Courses Training Process: How It Works
Care Courses are distance-learning (online and book) courses delivered to you either via US mail or on your computer. Both formats offer the same learning content and are always available. We offer over 70 excellent, convenient courses in a wide variety of interesting, helpful topics, and our courses have no time limits. Do them wherever and whenever you wish.
Create an online Care Courses account to order courses, access your order/course history, and take courses and course quizzes. Email or phone our offices for friendly, live assistance. We offer unlimited free support, free shipping (for CourseBooks), free certificates and free grading.

Choose the course delivery method (format) that is right for you:
CourseBooks, delivered via the US mail, can be carried with you wherever you go, offering the ultimate in convenience. Highlight and bookmark your work, circle answers, underline passages, and when you're finished, retain the books in your reference library. With our online quizzing option, you can log into your personal account and complete your quizzes easily whenever you wish. All Care Courses are available in book format, and all (except our Basic Bookkeeping series) purchased after February 14, 2012 offer the option of online quizzes. Your order and course history are easily accessed within your online account or by calling our offices.
Electronic Courses, accessed within the My Courses section of your personal online account, are immediately available upon purchase and can be read directly on your computer. Downloadable PDFs of the course content are easily printed on your printer should you decide to read all or part of a course offline. Quizzes for these courses are also taken online, and as with the CourseBooks, your order history and course history are easily accessed within your account or by calling our offices.

Course Submission for Grading: Read the course material, do Self Check exercises, and then complete and submit Lesson Quizzes. You must make a passing score of at least 70% on each lesson to receive the clock hours. We cannot issue partial clock hours for a course. We issue a certificate documenting the hours you have earned and return it with your graded work. (You may redo the quizzes one time if you score lower than 70%. Failure to receive a passing score on all lessons the second submission will result in no certificate.)
Official Certificates: All Care Courses certificates are printed in our offices and mailed to you. Only original official certificates are valid, and we get them to you within days of successful course completion.
