National Credentials: Ohio child care providers may use our courses toward a CCP or CDA, as well as CDA, NAC and CCP renewal.

Grants available for CDA training: CARE Courses is approved as an Eligible Training Provider for CDA training in Ohio and our CDA training sets are eligible for funding through the Ohio Workforce Investment Act (WIA). For information about how to obtain a WIA grant for our CDA training sets, contact your local Job and Family Services agency.

Ohio State Requirements: Yes! Type A homes and daycare centers may use our electronic courses (but not the book courses) for state annual training. Type B homes may use our courses (books or electronic versions) for up to half of annual training hours with prior approval from your county Department of Jobs and Family Services.
