Texas State
Requirements: YES! Our courses
are accepted by the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (TDPRS)
in accordance with their continuing education requirement for all childcare
providers. Some, but not all, of your training may come from Care Courses
(Centers may get up to half their training and Homes may get up to 16 hours from
Care Courses).
Our course:
Infant Safety (2
clock hours) meets the SIDs, Shaken Baby and Early Brain
Development requirement. Infant Safety is also offered as an
English "online" electronic course as well as in Spanish (the book version),
both of which can be accessed from the same link.
Our course:
Great Beginnings
(8 clock hours) meets the Texas Pre-service Requirement. Great
Beginnings is also offered as an English "online" electronic course as well
as in Spanish (the book version), both of which can be accessed from the same
