1.  The course Abuse and Neglect may be used to meet Wisconsin’s requirement for training in identifying and reporting child abuse and neglect.

2. The two CARE Courses Infants in Child Care and Toddlers in Child Care are accepted for the Wisconsin Registry’s “Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care” training requirement. Please note that both of these courses must be completed to satisfy this Wisconsin requirement.

Students wishing to use these two courses for the Wisconsin Registry’s “Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care” training requirement must (1) request the (free with your order) Wisconsin Registry Form from CARE Courses and (2) send the completed Wisconsin Registry information form to CARE Courses when sending lessons for these courses to be graded so that we can send the proper documents to the Wisconsin Registry.

Please send in the lessons for both of these courses to CARE Courses at the same time. Thanks!

Shaken Baby Syndrome training requirement: If you have not already received credit for Shaken Baby Syndrome training, you may use CARE Courses’ Safe Baby, Safe Child to meet this requirement if you take the course as part of “Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care.”

Please Note: Students who use CARE Courses for both “Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care” and “Introduction to the Child Care Profession” (see below) need to take the course Safe Baby, Safe Child only one time. The course will satisfy the Wisconsin requirement for training in Shaken Baby Syndrome for both of these Wisconsin requirements.

3. Please send in the lessons for all three of these courses to CARE Courses at the same time. Thanks!
