Oklahoma Certificate of Achievement and Stipend Training | Care Courses

The Oklahoma Registry Certificate of Achievement and Stipend Program, funded by Oklahoma Human Services Child Care Services, recognizes and rewards licensed childcare providers for completing continuing education and improving the quality of their childcare programs. Most Care Courses are approved by OK CECPD for use towards the certificate of achievement and stipend training requirements.

Providers who meet the eligibility criteria may receive a stipend of $600 for each area of concentration. Childcare providers may receive up to two stipends per calendar year for a total of $1200. Childcare providers must complete a minimum of 30 clock hours of training in an approved area of concentration within the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry.

The program offers nine areas of concentration to complete training in, including Infant/Toddler Care, Preschool Care, School-Age Care, Quality Child Care, Childhood Resiliency, Better Business in Family Child Care, Healthy Children in Child Care, Cultivating Growth & Well Being, and Creating Effective Literacy Environments. Application instructions and additional requirements can be found on the OK CECPD website

Care Courses offers training in many areas of concentration. Click on the area of concentration below to see how Care Courses may be used.
