State Annual Clock Hour Requirements

(including the District of Columbia, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico)

Please note that anyone may take any of our courses to educate themselves on the care and needs of young children.  The courses are recommended to any person interested in child care, day care, or parenting.  The only restrictions occur if you are trying to meet your area's clock hour requirements for childcare providers.  We at CARE Courses have no control over the rules and regulations that a state may decide upon for its childcare providers.  Please look at the list below to see if your area allows CARE Courses to be used towards your annual clock hour requirement.  Areas which are not included in the list may not have an annual requirement, or may specify in their rule books that distance learning courses may not be used towards the training requirement.
