I would like to place an order by mail or fax. Where can I get an order form? Our course catalog includes an order form that you can use, or you can print our Order Form to submit with your payment.
Where do I get an Enrollment Code? Enrollment Codes are delivered when you order a course. Immediately by email for Online Courses, and shipped with your book for CourseBook courses.
I ordered an online course but no Enrollment Code was emailed. Sometimes those emails get stuck in spam filters. Email us and we will resend your code if you don't get it.
My Enrollment Code doesn't work when I activate it. Troubleshooting tips: 1.) Try typing your enrollment code in directly (rather than copying and pasting it). 2.) Erase your internet history or refresh your browser cache (press the Ctrl + F5 keys on PC computers, Command + R on Mac computers, or click the round arrow/padlock on iPads). 3.) Use a different browser (Example: Firefox instead of Internet Explorer). 4.) Make sure you are typing in an Enrollment Code issued after 2/14/2012. Codes issued prior to that date aren't compatible with our online system. 5.) Email us for help! techsupport@CareCourses.com

How can I take a course other than online? Order a CourseBook. CourseBook quizzes can be mailed to Care Courses. Click here for Mailed Quiz instructions.
I need my assistant to take a course but I am paying for it. You may order courses for as many students as you wish and then give the courses to them to do. They must do their own work, and if they use the Online Grading system, they MUST activate the enrollment code in their own personal online account.

What is a CEU? "Continuing Education Units" are required to renew a CDA.
How do I get a transcript? Transcripts are $10.00. Phone our offices between 9am-5pm ET, M-F to order.
Are the courses accepted by my state for my annual clock hour requirements? Every state is different. Please visit our State Information pages for details.
How long before I get my order? Online Courses are delivered immediately. For CourseBook orders: Depending on how you pay (phone, fax, internet, mail, credit card, PayPal, check, money order), what shipping & handling you choose (Free Standard, Priority Handling, Express) and how far you live from Washington DC (we are located in a suburb of DC), it normally takes from 2 days to 3 weeks. If you think an order has gotten lost in the mail, please call us. We would never intentionally disappoint you. If you are in a hurry, please call us and place a credit card order and ask for Priority handling which is a $15.99 charge on $200 or less. More information on our shipping options can be found here.
How do the courses work? You study the course material, complete observation or notebook assignments, do Self Check exercises, and then complete and submit Lesson Quizzes. You must make a passing score of at least 70% on each lesson to receive the clock hours. We cannot issue partial clock hours for a course. We issue a certificate documenting the hours you have earned and return it with your graded work. (You may redo the quizzes one time if you score lower than 70%. Failure to receive a passing score on all lessons the second submission will result in no certificate, and you will be unable to take the course again for 12 months.) Do you accept checks/money orders? Yes, please print an Order Form to mail with your payment.
How long do I have to complete my coursework? As long as you need. We have no time limits (although your state licensing agent may!) Coursework is processed within 10 days of the day we receive it. Please consider using our Rush Grading options if you are in a hurry and mail your work.

I need someone else to access my course information: Please print, sign and fax this Authorization Form to us so we can speak with them about your account. We do not recommend giving your account login information to anyone.
I ordered a course before February 14, 2012, and my code doesn't work online. Courses ordered before February 14, 2012 must be submitted for grading by mail. Those codes do not work in the online system.
I don't need 25 clock hours. Why do many of the courses offer so many clock hours? We try to cover a topic in depth each time we write a course. Sometimes this results in a longer course than other times. That is one reason why the prices are about the same for all the courses. We want everyone to be able to take the courses they are interested in regardless of clock hours or cost. Don't worry if you get more hours than you need!
