CourseBooks: Submit your quizzes by mail or online. All work is processed within 10 days of when we receive your submission. Instructions are included with every course.

Online Courses: Submit your quizzes online, directly on your computer. Quiz answers are not mailed. Instructions are included with every course.

Care Courses Certificates of Completion

ALL certificates for ALL courses (CourseBook and online) are mailed to you via first class US Mail. Only an original, authentic certificate is valid. Duplicate certificates are always free, and can be requested by phone at: 1-800-685-7610

If you fail a lesson (69% or less) you must redo the work and resubmit for grading. There is no additional charge to redo your work, and you are given one chance for redo (for a total of two submissions). All quizzes are "open book" and all answers can be found in the material. Failure to get a passing score on the second submission will result in no certificate.
