Course Description:
This course applies to children of all ages.
Effective parent communication systems are critical to all child care programs. Parents need both daily information about their children's routine and development and formal communication sessions. Learn to plan and conduct productive conferences, group meetings, and home visits with parents and maintain a positive relationship with parents. This course includes sample conference preparation, agendas, attendance improvement suggestions, and many helpful tips and guidelines for better meetings with parents.
