Online courses that have not been activated in a Care Courses account are eligible for refunds within 30 days of the purchase date. Online courses that have been activated in a Care Courses account are not refundable.

If you need to make a return it is very important that you call us at 1-800-685-7610 to request your return authorization number.
Packages without proper return authorization will not qualify for refunds.
Returned packages must contain a copy of the invoice and return postage is paid by customer.
We recommend that you use certified mail to return your books to us.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date listed on your invoice.
All returns are subject to a minimum 15% processing fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returned courses must be in re-saleable original condition.
Damaged or incomplete books may not qualify for refunds.
Refunds for CDA or other discounted sets are only given for the complete, unused sets.
Send returns via the US Postal Service to our P.O. Box. Call for our physical address for returns via UPS or FedEx.
