What are the benefits of having a CDA Credential in Georgia?

having a CDA (plus additional experience) qualifies you to work as a director of a childcare learning center
and in a group daycare home.

having a CDA qualifies you to work as a teacher/lead caregiver in a childcare learning center.

having a CDA qualifies you to work as a provider in a family childcare learning home.
Care Courses CDA training is accepted by the CDA Council for the National CDA but it has not yet been approved
for the Georgia DECAL CDA application-fee scholarship. Georgia DECAL Scholars Scholarships approval is not
required for training to be accepted by the CDA Council.
