Your county licensing agency decides whether distance learning courses may be used for your annual training
requirements. If you do not know if distance learning courses may be used in your area, please contact your own
county licensor to determine whether these courses may be used in your county to meet the ongoing training
requirement in the family child care licensing rules.

Department of Human Services toward their Annual In-Service Training Requirement for day care staff and
