What are the benefits of having a CDA Credential in Pennsylvania?

According to the CDA Council, over 37,500 CDA Credentials have been awarded in Pennsylvania . Having a CDA certification is a great achievement!

In Pennsylvania having a CDA is equivalent to nine credit hours from an accredited college in elementary education or child development, plus one year of experience with children.
