Care Courses Online Courses and Online Quizzes

Online Courses are completed through the My Courses area of your online account. Online Courses are accessed almost immediately after ordering by activating an emailed enrollment code. Many other students have chosen this format for its convenience, such as this student from Indiana: “I absolutely loved taking this online class and will be taking many more. I loved that I could read and take quizzes on my own time and I didn't have to drive anywhere and get half the information.”

Our online courses work best when you have a PC (Windows XP or later) or Apple computer (OS X 10 or later) with an updated web browser and internet connection, and the latest version of Adobe Reader. For more specifics please click here.

All Online Courses include a PDF copy of the course that can be printed (the latest version of Adobe Reader, which is free, is required to print the PDF copy). The PDF course file is accessed via a large yellow button entitled "Print Course Content." The button is found on the left side of your course after you have activated the course enrollment code.

Read the material by progressing through the web pages or print the course on your own paper. Complete quizzes and submit for grading. Please note: It may take up to 3 days for your course status to post in your account, and upon successful completion and up to 10 days for your official certificate to arrive in the mail. If you need your certificate more quickly, choose 5 Days (or faster) when you submit your work for grading.

If you fail a lesson (69% or less) you must redo the work and resubmit for grading. There is no additional charge to redo your work, and you are given one chance for redo (for a total of two submissions). All quizzes are "open book" and all answers can be found in the material. Failure to get a passing score on the second submission will result in no certificate.

Official certificates of completion (which are free) include the name of the course, number of clock hours, number of generic CEUs, your name, the date, certificate ID number, your student ID number, Care Courses identifying information, and any specific wording required in your state. All certificates are sent through the US Mail for all our courses. All certificates must be originals to be valid.

Questions or issues with Online Courses can be directed to: techsupport@carecourses.com. We are happy to help!

Hear what other students say about our online courses:

“I was hesitant at first about purchasing the online classes, but found they are great to do! I did learn much about reading the online books I purchased, and I am excited to apply new ways of learning for my upcoming school year! Thank you again!” – Kaneohe, HI

“Ordering your course was very convenient. I will definitely order again because these online classes are so helpful to me. I work an 11 hour day, so I frown when I have to leave my home to go take a class for credentialing. This is about the best thing since cell phones.” – Owings Mills, MD
