"I am the Education Coordinator for the Head Start program which covers 9 counties in Iowa. Teacher Associates must have their CDA within 2 years of hire, so the Care Course books help with this process. Most associates in my area of the state do not have the money to enroll in an A.A. degree program in college. Many of the associates do not have the early childhood backgrounds, so reading the books provides them with some background needed to be successful in the classroom. When I talk with them about the books, I receive wonderful feedback. They tell me how much they have learned and how this information helps them when working with the children. They also love the convenience of working on the course at their own pace. After submitting my order, the books arrive in my office very quickly, and I am able to distribute those right away; this is very important to me. Thank you so much for all that you do to help our associates become successful in a most important profession. "
