Joanna holds a Master of Education from National Louis University and has presented at child care support organizations and conferences. Joanna has over 15 years of experience working directly with young children as a licensed child care provider in her own NAFCC accredited family program and as a licensed teacher in multiple child care centers. In her role as an Education Coordinator for a Child Care Center in IL, Joanna mentored young teachers on how to achieve their professional goals. Joanna also taught young adults as a college lecturer for five years at Rutgers University.
Rebekah holds a Masters of Art in Teaching from the University of Southern California and previously worked as an Educational Coordinator in NYC for an organization with multiple child care centers. In her role as an Educational Coordinator she supported staff in the classrooms and their professional goals, coordinated and led professional development training, and managed curriculum and field trips, among other things. She has over 12 years of experience working directly with young children, their families, and other caregivers in various positions and child care settings. Rebekah also started and led a Literacy Program with the families and staff during her role in NYC, which allowed families and staff with children to participate in literacy workshops and receive free children’s books to encourage early literacy in the home.
