All Care Courses are accepted by the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood toward professional development
requirements for program staff including directors, head teachers, alternate staff and volunteers in child day
centers and group child day care homes.
Child Care Administration
may be used for professional development requirements, but it cannot be used to meet the 3 college credits in
administration required for directors.
