Joanna Spilioti - Head Trainer

Joanna holds a Master of Education from National Louis University and has presented at child care support organizations and conferences.

Joanna has over 15 years of experience working directly with young children as a licensed child care provider in her own NAFCC accredited family program and as a licensed teacher in multiple child care centers. In her role as an Education Coordinator for a Child Care Center in Illinois, Joanna mentored young teachers on how to achieve their professional goals.

Joanna also taught young adults as a college lecturer for five years at Rutgers University.
