Joanna holds a Master of Education from National Louis University and has presented at child care support organizations and conferences.
Joanna has over 15 years of experience working directly with young children as a licensed child care provider in her own NAFCC accredited family program and as a licensed teacher in multiple child care centers. In her role as an Education Coordinator for a Child Care Center in Illinois, Joanna mentored young teachers on how to achieve their professional goals.
Joanna also taught young adults as a college lecturer for five years at Rutgers University.
Bethany holds a Master of Education from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. She has more than 14 years of experience working with students age 5 and under.
Bethany has worked with young children in child development centers and public school settings. In her role as a special education teacher, Bethany maintained a sensory-friendly and engaging classroom for preschoolers with developmental delays, autism, and orthopedic impairments. She created individual education plans and provided recommendations to help support students in their classrooms, homes, and other settings.
Bethany has also mentored student teachers and trained paraprofessionals.
