Joanna Spilioti - Head Trainer

Joanna holds a Master of Education from National Louis University and has presented at child care support organizations and conferences. 

Joanna has over 17 years of experience working directly with young children as a licensed child care provider in her own NAFCC accredited family program and as a licensed teacher in multiple child care centers. In her role as an Education Coordinator for a Child Care Center in Illinois, Joanna mentored young teachers on how to achieve their professional goals.

Joanna also taught young adults as a college lecturer for five years at Rutgers University.

Alysson Groves - Trainer

Alysson earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Minnesota State University. 

Alysson has worked directly with young children in various roles for over 15 years. These roles include her work as an assistant infant and toddler teacher, a lead preschool teacher, a center director, and primarily as a first and second grade teacher in public education.

She also served as an elementary principal and education association vice president for her school district. These leadership roles gave her the opportunity to provide mentorship and guidance to fellow educators, paraprofessionals, classroom aides, and student teachers.

Bridget Udelhofen - Trainer

Bridget holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a focus on ages Birth-11 years old, and a minor in Early Childhood from the University of Wisconsin.

Bridget has 8 years of experience guiding children’s development in center based and early childhood settings. In these settings, Bridget has worked directly with children as a lead teacher, after school program assistant director, and an early childhood classroom teacher.

Bridget is also an accredited Infant, Toddler Kids Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher. In her role as a Mindfulness Educator, Bridget has taught preventative mindfulness skills and tools to children in early childhood settings and conducted mindfulness education trainings for childcare providers.
