1. Student Information Privacy Policy
Care Courses does not disclose student information—including course progress, pass/fail status, training history, or certificate status—to any third party without the student’s authorization, except to state authorities, registries, and licensing agencies as required.
Students may authorize disclosure to a designated third party by (1) joining a team and selecting Join & Share Records or (2) completing and returning our Authorization to Release Information form by email or mail. Care Courses does not share passwords or payment information. Students may revoke their authorization at any time by leaving the team via the My Courses area or by submitting a written request.
2. Consumer Data Privacy Policy
The Care Courses School, Inc. has a firm commitment to our visitor’s privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website. Information collected is never sold, rented, loaned, or the like to any third party for any reason. All information submitted is considered confidential in nature and will not be disclosed to anyone except under a subpoena in a court of law. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart and our shopping cart uses cookies to track your shopping cart, both of which are used only for the ordering process. Our shopping cart uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor’s contact information including e-mail addresses and financial information (like their credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to customers. The customer’s contact information is used for communicating with our customers on order related issues and for periodic service updates and information. Customers who complete a purchase agree to receive emails related to new products and services. Customers may unsubscribe from new product and service emails by clicking on the link at the bottom of the emails. A few times a year we send our new catalog through the U.S. Postal Service to the address a customer provides. If you wish not to receive the new catalog, please notify us by email at: info@carecourses.com. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the purchaser for products or services.
3. Security Method of Transmission
