Care Courses Return & Refund Policy
- Online courses that have not been activated in a Care Courses account are eligible for refunds within 30 days of the purchase date. Online courses that have been activated in a Care Courses account are not refundable.

- We will work with you to solve technical issues with your courses.
- If you need to make a return it is very important that you call us at 1-800-685-7610 to request your return authorization number.
- Packages without proper return authorization will not qualify for refunds.
- Returned packages must contain a copy of the invoice and return postage is paid by customer.
- We recommend that you use certified mail to return your books to us.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date listed on your invoice.
- All returns are subject to a minimum 15% processing fee.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Returned courses must be in re-saleable original condition.
- Damaged or incomplete books may not qualify for refunds.
- Refunds for CDA or other discounted sets are only given for the complete, unused sets.
- Send returns via the US Postal Service to our P.O. Box. Call for our physical address for returns via UPS or FedEx.
