Care Courses Return & Refund Policy


Online Courses

  • Online courses that have not been activated in a Care Courses account are eligible for refunds within 30 days of the purchase date. Online courses that have been activated in a Care Courses account are not refundable.

Online Subscriptions

  • Online training subscriptions and subscription seats that have not been activated in a Care Courses account are eligible for refunds within 30 days of the purchase date. Online training subscriptions that have been activated in a Care Courses account or have had any of the courses or bundles within the subscription activated are not refundable.
  • After 30 days or once any content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued (except as required by law). There are no partial refunds for Subscriptions. Orders containing multiple subscription seats cannot receive a partial refund for some of the seats.

CourseBooks

  • If you need to make a return it is important that you call us at 1-800-685-7610 or email us at info@carecourses.com to request your return authorization number. 
  • Packages without proper return authorization will not qualify for refunds.
  • Return postage is paid by customer.
  • We recommend that you use certified mail to return your books to us.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date listed on your order.  
  • All returns are subject to a minimum 15% processing fee.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returned courses must be in re-saleable original condition.
  • Damaged or incomplete books may not qualify for refunds.
  • Refunds for CDA or other discounted sets are only given for the complete, unused sets.  
  • Email us at info@carecourses.com for our return address. Approved returns may be sent through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
