This training bundle will equip you with tools to recognize and respond to two challenges children may face: attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), including child abuse and neglect.
By completing both courses, you will gain deeper insight into children’s development, learn practical strategies to support individual needs, and strengthen your role as a trusted educator and advocate for young children and families.

- Child Abuse and Neglect: A Caregiver’s Guide to Adverse Childhood Experiences - one of our most popular courses, this training provides a comprehensive look at the impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). You’ll learn the signs and risk factors of abuse and neglect, how to recognize household stressors like dysfunction and exposure to racism, and your professional responsibility to report concerns. Practical strategies are included for preventing maltreatment, supporting families, and fostering resilience in children who have experienced trauma.
- ADHD in Young Children: Identifying Symptoms and Providing Support - discover how to recognize ADHD symptoms in infants through primary-grade children, and explore how ADHD influences learning, behavior, and social development. Learn evidence-based strategies for supporting children in the classroom and at home, including early intervention services, behavioral therapy approaches, structured routines, and individualized support. You’ll also examine how nutrition, outdoor time, and environmental design can help children regulate attention and emotions, while gaining tools to reduce your own stress and maintain well-being as a caregiver.
