Shawn"I am having a ball doing these courses. So much of it is very interesting and also touches a lot on what I learned in college. I decided to go into child care and my director recommended me to take the CDA course. I think it is great."

About CARE COURSES

The Care Courses School (we usually go by just "Care Courses") has been a distance learning school specifically for early childhood professionals since 1990. We started with correspondence courses and have learned over the years that while having a book in your hand (and later on your reference shelf) is an excellent learning tool, the time it takes to get work graded through the mail is not as excellent.
This is why we offer what we think of as the "best of both worlds" - CourseBooks that come with the option for online quizzing. Additionally, you can take many of our courses in a completely electronic online format. Read more here about our different course formats
We offer early childhood (ECE) training that has helped thousands of early childhood professionals get their CDA (Child Development Associates Credential) or CCP (Certified Childcare Professional) as quickly and painlessly as possible, while at the same time helping them better understand their children and business.
Many states also allow early childhood professionals to use our childcare programs for their yearly clock hour and registry requirements. To see if your state is one of them, click here: State Childcare Training InformationWe are also an IACET accredited child care training institution, and all of our course certificates display the IACET seal.
Our authors consistently work to produce interesting courses on relevant topics that will help with all areas of child care management. Click here for information on our authors and trainers: Authors & Trainers. If you have professional development topic requests, please let us know!
