Our four courses Caring for Children in Your HomeInclusive Early Childhood Programs, Family Diversity, and After-School Programs meet Maryland's Family Child Care 24-clock-hour Pre-ServiceTraining requirement for providers interested in providing care for children birth to 12 years old in a home setting. (Training must be completed within no more than two years of your initial family child care application being received by your regional office of child care.) This training covers at least 4 clock hours in each of the six core of knowledge competencies.

Caring for Children in Your Home covers 10 clock hours in Curriculum, 6 clock hours in Health, Safety, and Nutrition, and 4 clock hours in Professionalism.

Inclusive Early Childhood Programs covers 6 clock hours in Professionalism and 6 clock hours in Special Needs.

Family Diversity covers 6 clock hours in Community.

After-School Programs covers 4 clock hours in Child Development and 4 clock hours in Curriculum.
