Training Description

This training applies to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Take this three-course bundle for a $36.00 discount off the individual prices of the courses: Nutrition in Early Childhood: Shaping a Healthy Future, Fun and Fitness: Addressing Childhood Obesity, and Play and Learning in Early Childhood.

Help children build lifelong healthy habits. This course bundle combines play-based learning and practical fitness and nutrition strategies, turning daily routines, environments, and menus into rich opportunities for growth.

You’ll learn how to design inclusive, developmentally appropriate play and movement activities for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers (with adaptations for school-age); plan balanced meals and snacks that respect dietary restrictions; teach nutrition through hands-on activities and garden-to-table projects; and partner with families for consistent habits at home and school. You’ll also explore compassionate, shame-free ways to prevent and address childhood obesity while building children’s cognitive, physical, and social–emotional skills.
