This course is designed for directors and other supervisors in early childhood programs.
In this course, you will learn ways to promote a positive, supportive workplace environment that enhances staff effectiveness and children’s learning. Topics include the influence of administrators’ attitudes and actions on workplace climate; strategies for preventing and addressing common problems; approaches for helping employees cope with change; and practical tools to strengthen staff collaboration, supervision, and morale. The course also provides guidance on preparing for difficult situations and making use of substitute teachers effectively.
