You will be given a second chance to make 70% or better. Should you fail to do so, you will receive a letter indicating that you did not pass the course and may not retake the course for 12 months.
Clock hours and CEUs are documented on original Care Courses certificates of completion mailed through the US Post Office. All course formats receive an original mailed certificate. Once you have completed a course and submitted your answers to us you can expect to receive your certificate within 10 business days (depending on the grading & certificate option you choose).
