This course applies to directors and administrators.
Study approaches to coaching, strategies to improve program quality, and how to increase access to professional development. Learn how to engage staff in professional development, and characteristics of teachers as learners and their career path stages. Learn about stress and job burnout among early childhood professionals and explore ways to support staff in managing stress and promoting self-care. Increase staff motivation and job satisfaction.
